Dolma is a family of dishes made with a savory filling that is wrapped with leaves, or stuffed into vegetables, fruit, meat, or seafood.
Algerian dolmas typically use rice, meat, and onions, which are wrapped in cabbage leaves, and cooked covered in a casserole (see cabbage rolls).
