Mahshi, or mahshi yabraq (Arabic "stuffed leaf") is a term in the Persian Gulf and Damascus region used for dishes made with a filling of rice, meat, fish, and/or fruit in a vegetable or leaf wrapping. In Kuwait, "mahshi brag" is sometimes used. See more at dolma.
