Pavochon is a Puerto Rican dish of roasted turkey with numerous seasonings, often including garlic, oregano, Sazón and citrus fruits. The name is a combination of pavo (turkey) and lechón (pig), and the seasoning is reminiscent of Puerto Rican roasted pig (see more at lechon). Is a popular dish at American Thanksgiving in Puerto Rico.
