Pakora, also called bhaji or bhajiya, are fried fritters from the Indian subcontinent, which are common as street food and in restaurants in South Asia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. They are made with vegetables, often including potatoes and onions, coated in seasoned gram flour batter and deep fried.
