Hokkien mee is a noodle dish that is originally from the Fujian region of China. It now has three distinct regional specialities:
- Penang hae mee, egg noodles and rice noodles, broth-based, with prawns
- Singapore hae mee, egg noodles and rice noodles, stir fried, with prawns
- Hokkien char mee hae mee, fat yellow noodles, stir fried, with chicken, pork, squid, and cabbage
