Zaru soba is a Japanese dish of cold soba noodles and nori seaweed, served with a shoyu-based dipping sauce called tsuyu or tsukejiru. The sauce can be accessorized with mirin, wasabi, raw egg yolk, scallion, dashi, and daikon.
