Milk-cream strudel, called Millirahmstrudel in Viennese dialect, or Milchrahmstrudel, is a traditional Viennese strudel. It is filled with a sort of bread pudding, made of diced, milk-soaked bread rolls, egg yolk, powdered sugar, butter, quark, lemon zest, raisins, and cream, and served with a hot vanilla sauce.
