Ethiopian cardamom (Aframomum corrorima), false cardamom, or korarima is a spice grown in Eastern Africa. It is related to the broader family of cardamom, though it is in a different genus. The flavor is similar to green cardamom.
In Ethiopian cuisine, it is an important ingredient in berbere, awaze and mitmita, and is also used to flavor coffee.
