Chazuke, or ochazuke, is a Japanese dish of cooked short-grain rice in green tea, dashi, or hot water. It is a quick convenience food that uses up left-over rice and can be esaily customized. It may be topped with tsukemono, umeboshi, nori, furikake, sesame seeds, tarako, mentaiko, shikara, scallions or wasabi.
