Rava Kesari (Tamil/Kannada, "semolina saffron"), also kesari bhath, kesari bat, kesari baat, is an Indian dessert made from toasted semolina (rava), sugar, ghee, saffron, and dried fruits such as raisins. Different region of India have local specialities which might include pineapple, bananas, or nuts.
