Kumbilappam

Kumbilappam is a sweet of steamed jackfruit, jaggery, coconut, and rice flour, traditionally wrapped in vazhana leaves, from the Kerala region of India. If these leaves cannot be found, banana leaves or parchment paper can be substituted.
