Fit-fit refers to the Ethiopian culinary practice of mixing chopped injera into a dish. The closely related term fir-fir refers to mixing chopped injera into a wot. The term firfir is also used in Ethiopian cooking to mean any chopped-up dish, for example see enqulal firfir (scrambled eggs).
