Faisselle is a fresh French cheese made with cow, goat, or sheep's milk. It gets its name from the small colander in which the cheese is made. Faiselle has a thick, yogurt-like texture, which makes it similar to fromage blanc but with a richer flavor since it is made with whole milk instead of skim.
