Chanpon is a Japanese term that can refer either to custom of mixing Japanese and Western alcoholic drinks in a session, or to a Nagasaki specialty of fried pork , squid , prawns , oysters , and fish, with onion, carrot, cabbage, served in a bowl of noodles and soup.
