Cang ying tou, often translated as Garlic Chive Stir Fry with Pork, and less commonly translated as "Flies' Heads", is a Taiwanese dish that features garlic chives or garlic scapes stir-fried with douchi, fermented black beans, and pork. The black beans apparently looked like the heads of flies in the dish, which is where the dish got its name.
The name is also occasionally mistranslated as "flying head", and restaurant versions of it using water spinach are sometimes seen.
