Buko halo is a Filipino fruit salad made by combining buko salad and halo halo. It contains strips of buko (young coconut), crushed ice, sweetened milk or cream, and garnishes including ube, sweet beans, sago, gulaman, and fruit preserves. It is sometimes served in a halved coconut shell.
