Aloo matar

Aloo matar, or aloo mutter, is a vegetarian North Indian dish made from potatoes and peas in a mildly spiced creamy tomato-based sauce. It is typically spiced with garlic , ginger , onion , cilantro , cumin , red chili , turmeric and garam masala .
