Zwetschkenfleck mit Haselnussstreusel, or plum cake with hazelnut streusel, is popular cake associated with Austria and southern Germany. It is traditionally made with Zwetschken, the prune plum, which is commonly cultivated in central and eastern Europe, and is made as a sheet cake, or fleck.
