Zhoucun Shaobing is a crisp, thin flatbread (shaobing) from Zibo, in the Shandong province of north-eastern China, covered with sesame seeds.
Unlike Huangqiao shaobing and magao, they tend to be thin and wafer-like, rather than chewy.
