Tea leaf salad, or lahpet thohk in Burmese, a pickled tea leaf salad from Myanmar. It is made with laphet, or fermented tea leaves, tomatoes, crisp fried garlic, split peas, preserved ginger, green chilis, and cabbage, and is typically dressed with fish sauce, sesame or peanut oil, and lime juice.
