Tapiste

Tapiste, or tapixte, is a traditional dish of the Veracruz region of Mexico, made with chicken and plantains , marinated in a sauce of garlic , jalapeño , tomatillo , and hoja santa ( acuyo ) leaves, which are wrapped in banana leaves and steamed.
