Smažený řízek

Smažený řízek, or simply řízek, is a Czech schnitzel . It is made with with pounded pork , chicken , or veal , which is covered with a trojobal "triplecoat" of flour, whisked egg, and breadcrumbs and then fried until crispy brown. Historically, řízek was sometimes also made with cheese (see Smažený sýr ).
