Seville orange, also called bitter orange, sour orange, bigarade orange, and marmalade orange, is the citrus fruit of the Citrus x aurantium tree.

Origins

Seville oranges are native to Southeast Asia. They are probably a cross between the pomelo and the mandarin orange.
