Saltfish accra, or fishcake, is a Caribbean fritter of ground peas (typically black-eyed peas) and fish; it is clearly derived from accara, a fried bean fritter common in West Africa and the Caribbean.
Saltfish accra or cake is usually served with fried bakes, coconut bakes or sliced bread.
