Rowan

Rowan is a small tree in the genus Sorbus; the European Rowan (Sorbus aucuparia) is used to make jelly, liquor, and wine.

Rowan jelly is a traditional accompaniment to game in Britain.

In Austria, a Rowan schnapps is called Vogelbeerschnaps. In Czechia, distilled rowan liquor is jeřabinka. In Poland, rowan wine is diodgriafel.
