Rojak Mamak

Rojak Mamak (also mamak rojak and pasembur) is a Malaysian dish of fried dough fritters , tofu , boiled potatoes , prawn fritters, hard boiled eggs , bean sprouts , cuttlefish and cucumber mixed with a sweet thick, spicy peanut sauce .
