Okimari is a Japanese term for a set menu at a sushi restaurant. A restaurant will usually offer several different set menus, with differing ranks and prices.
Common terms encountered in set menus are "Nami" (並) or "normal", "Jo" (上) or "superior", and a best-quality menu indicator such as "Tokujo" (特上) meaning "first class", or "Matsu", "Take", etc.
Contrast omakase, in which the chef chooses what to serve for a fixed price, and okonomi, an a la carte option.
