Ogok bap, or "five grain rice", is a Korean dish of five different grains: black soybeans , red beans , rice , sorghum , and millet . The beans are usually precooked, and then the grains and beans cook together in a single pot. It is a traditional dish served during Dae Borum , the first full moon of the lunar year.
