Nabeyaki udon

Nabeyaki udon is a Japanese dish of udon noodles served with broth in a nabe , an earthenware or metal pot. It usually contains seafood, especially tempura shrimp , and may also include tempura vegetables, fish cake , mushrooms , and an egg .
