Milk tea is a beverage found world-wide made by combining tea and milk. According to local tastes, varying amounts of tea or milk may be used, and other ingredients, including spices, tapioca balls, jelly, and red bean paste could be added.
Bubble tea, also known as pearl milk tea, is a Taiwanese variant of milk tea invented in the 1980s which has become very popular.
