Memil guksu

Memil guksu (Korean, "buckwheat noodle", 메밀국수), is the Korean term for buckwheat noodles. These are usually used to describe noodles that are very similar to Japanese soba noodles. They are typically served hot in broth or cold with dipping sauce.
