Duò jiāo chǎo jiāngdòu, or Long beans with pickled chili, is a simple and popular dish of Hunan cuisine from central China. It is made by stir-frying aromatics, a small amount of pork, and chopped long beans with duò jiāo, chopped pickled chilies.
