Grillon

Grillon is a paté made in the southwest part of France, particularly in Charentes, the Dordogne, and Limousin. It is usually made with pork , but sometimes uses duck or goose , seasoned with garlic , pepper , salt , and nutmeg , slowly cooked in its own fat.
