Crimini mushroom, also marketed as Swiss brown mushroom, Roman brown mushroom, Italian brown mushroom, cremini, chestnut mushroom, and baby bella, is an edible brown mushroom used worldwide. It is the immature brown form of Agaricus bisporus, which when mature is marketed as portobello (or portabella); in its even less mature white form, it is marketed as the white mushroom, button mushroom, or table mushroom.
