Cougnou, also called Coquille, Cougnolle, Quéniolle, Volaeren, Folards or Folarts, is an enriched sweet bread formed like a baby Jesus that is given to children on Christmas and Saint Martin's Day in parts of Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.
