Corned beef and cabbage is a dish that combines boiled corned beef with cooked cabbage. Is is strongly associated with the Irish diaspora in North America.
It is typically made by braising a corned beef brisket with aromatics for several hours, and then cooking potatoes, carrots, and cabbage in the cooking water, and serving the meat and vegetables together.
