Cojonudo is a Spanish tapas of a slice of bread topped with chorizo and a fried quail egg. Note that "cojonudo" is a potentially vulgar term, referring to testicles; the use in the tapas is playful but crude.
Compare cojonuda, which replace the the chorizo with morcilla.
