Cojonuda is a Spanish tapas of a slice of bread topped with morcilla and a fried quail egg. Note that "cojonuda" is a potentially vulgar term, referring to testicles; the use in the tapas is playful but crude.
Compare cojonudo, which replace the the morcilla with chorizo.
