Chügelipastete, usually Luzerner Chügelipastete, is a Swiss savory pie of veal and pork meatballs, mushrooms, and raisins baked in a pastry shell, traditional to the canton of Lucerne. The name derives from chügeli, which means "beads" in the local dialect, referring to the small spherical nature of the ingredients.
