Cakwe is an Indonesian deep-fried savory doughnut, quite similar to Chinese youtiao. It is sliced and eaten with porridge as a breakfast food, or as a snack with various dipping sauces. In Java, it is sometimes sold along with bolang-baling or roti goreng and untir-untir.
