Yumurtalı pide

Yumurtalı pide (Turkish, "egg stuffed bread") is a Turkish flatbread topped with an egg. It is often combined with cheese, making it peynirli yumurtalı pide. Yumurtalı pide would be a hearty lunch or dinner, possibly served with a green salad.
