Three Cup Chicken, or sanbeiji, is a popular Chinese chicken dish, which derives its name from the "three cups" of soy sauce , rice wine , and sesame oil which are used to cook the chicken. It is an iconic dish of Jiangxi cuisine , and a popular dish in Taiwan .
