Ramequin is a French term that indicates either:
- a small cheese soufflé in a pastry crust, also called chäschüechli in German-speaking Switzerland; see Ramequin (pastry)
- a ceramic or stoneware dish or bowl suitable for a single serving, the source of the English world ramekin
- a cow's milk cheese from Bugey; see Ramekin (cheese).
- a French Swiss dish made with stale bread and cheese, a sort of savory bread pudding; see ramequin (Swiss).
