Longganisang dugo

Longganisang dugo is the Filipino term for blood sausage. A notable type of native pre-colonial blood sausage is pinuneg, which is composed of minced pork and innards in a pork casing made from large intestines that is prepared in the Cordillera Administrative Region of the Philippines.
