Kharcho

Kharcho, also Harcho (ხარჩო), is a traditional Georgian soup containing beef, rice, cherry plum purée, and chopped walnuts. The soup is seasoned with khmeli suneli (Georgian spice mix) and coriander, and usually served with finely chopped fresh cilantro.
