Gyeran-jjim, or dalgyal-jjim, is a Korean dish of savory steamed egg custard , usually seasoned with saeu-jeot (salted shrimp) or myeongnan-jeot (salted pollock roe) and topped with scallions and toasted sesame seeds . It is often served as a banchan .
