Gâche de Vendée is a specialty bread of Vendée, in western France. It is a highly enriched white bread made with flour, cream, butter, eggs, and sugar, which is formed into an oval loaf. It is related brioche Vendéenne , which is formed into a braid shape, but has a tighter crumb.
