Fritto misto alla piemontese is a traditional country dish of the Piedmont region of Italy, made of numerous meat cuts, often including many organ meats and offal cuts, along with numerous vegetables, fruit, and sweets. Historically, it was preparing during the slaughtering season in order to make use of perishable organ meats.
