Doodh ka sherbat

Doodh ka sherbat (or doodh ka sherbet) is a chilled milk-based drink, flavored with dried fruit, cardamom, and, traditionally, the smoke of oud (an agarwood-derived resin). The drink has ceremonial significance in Hyderabad, where the oud smoke symbolizes the month of Muharram.
