Crown daisy (Glebionis coronaria), also known as garland chrysanthemum, chrysanthemum greens, spring chrysanthemum, edible chrysanthemum, shungiku (Japanese), ssukgat (Korean), tong ho (Cantonese), and tónghāo (Mandarin), is a cultivated species of the daisy family that is used as a green in many Eastern cuisines.
